We are pleased to announce that our £1.3m rebuild project for the Tap and Run pub and restaurant has been shortlisted as a finalist for the ‘Small Non-Residential Scheme of the Year Award’ at the ProCon Leicestershire Awards 2024.
Owned by former England cricketers, Harry Gurney and Stuart Broad, the scheme saw our team deliver full project-managed services throughout the year-long rebuild for the Tap and Run pub and restaurant in Upper Broughton, near Melton Mowbray, following a devastating fire in June 2022.
Tremendously popular each year, the ProCon Leicestershire Awards ceremony is the county’s largest celebration of the built environment, showcasing the best projects, developments and rising stars in construction and property across Leicestershire and Rutland.
Judged by a panel of experts and ProCon members, the Small Non-Residential Scheme of the Year Award assesses a range of commercial developments with a contract value of £3m or less for their approach to several key areas including overcoming issues and challenges, design excellence, sympathetic environmental impact and sustainable aspects.
