We advised Hallway Estates Limited on the construction of a 3,100 ft² retail shell for occupation by Majestic Wines, Market Harborough.
The project comprised the construction of a 3,100 ft² retail shell for occupation by Majestic Wines as well as four 2-bedroom apartments together with all associated external works and services. Gateley RJA oversaw the project from its initial inception to final completion and occupation. Also working on this project were Architects LE1, PRP and Built Environment Consulting.
