Expertise

Anna is an experienced senior quantity surveyor who has worked at various construction consultancy firms. She specialises in construction cost advice and employer’s agent/ contract administration services. Anna has worked on projects in the residential, education, commercial and religious sectors both pre- and post-contract to deliver services including cost planning, tendering, cost management and employer’s agent services.

Anna will assist with initial pre-contract cost advice through to tender analysis and negotiations prior to contractor appointment. She also works closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This includes monitoring costs on site and ensuring that any post-contract variations reflect true value for money and that a fair final account settlement is reached.

How do you help clients?

I provide clients with clear and reliable cost advice throughout the duration of a project, enabling them to make confident financial decisions. My focus is on ensuring value for money, identifying potential cost savings and foreseeing any potential risks. I support clients by proactively managing the construction programme to minimise risk of delays and provide accurate and transparent reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
