Chad works across both the residential and commercial teams and plays a key role in ensuring service delivery aligns with client requirements, particularly in relation to pre- and post-contract activities.
Chad provides cost advice throughout the project lifecycle, supporting clients with establishing the project budget, procurement and tendering and contract administration under the supervision of the senior members of his team. His post-contract responsibilities include cost management, valuations, and final account settlements. Chad works across a diverse range of schemes and sectors, with experience in both development agreements, JCT contracts and insurance reports.
How do you help clients?
I am a driven and detail-oriented professional with over five years of experience as a quantity surveyor. I support clients throughout the full project lifecycle – from early-stage cost planning and procurement to post-contract administration and final account resolution.
My work spans projects delivered under JCT contracts and Development Agreements, where I focus on aligning commercial outcomes with client objectives. I am committed to maximising value, maintaining cost control, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and proactive project support.

- Providing early-stage feasibility estimates on a 53-bed student accommodation refurbishment and extension in Birmingham.
- Acting as employer’s agent on 64 affordable plots at Hampton Woods and Hampton Green, Peterborough.
- Providing early-stage cost advice on the refurbishment works to a block of apartments in Birmingham.
- Acting as employer’s agent on 50 affordable units at Niort Way, Wellingborough.
- Acting as employer’s agent on 33 affordable units at Alconbury Weald, Cambridgeshire.
