His expertise spans new-build developments as well as the assessment, refurbishment, and strengthening of existing buildings and civil structures in the residential and commercial sectors.
Erasmus also has extensive experience carrying out structural surveys, producing technical reports on existing buildings, and designing remedial and refurbishment solutions.
