Eric has worked primarily in the residential sector and delivers post-contract services for a range of housing associations and investment businesses. Eric is experienced in data management and has an accounting and finance degree, which gives him further knowledge and experience in cashflow forecasting and invoicing.
Eric has advised numerous clients on development agreements and specialises in data management.
How do you help clients?
I help clients to manage their forecast dates for completion, by monitoring dates for the progression of the project to be managed, assessing whether these will be achievable and, if not, then advising of any potential delays to the program. I help clients to run their projects efficiently from post-contract and to manage costs, ensuring value for money.
Experience
- Carrying out conveyance plan reviews and highlighting discrepancies between conveyance plans within the contract and solicitors’/ legal transfer plans and resolving through co-ordination.
- Advising on programmes versus actual progress on site, as to whether the contractors’ programme will be achievable and in line with the clients’ forecasted dates.
- Advising of potential issues and following progress review with build routes on-site.
- Advising clients by issuing cost reports, cashflow forecasts and agreeing final accounts for various residential sectors.
- Managing data information and ensuring this is updated correctly and accurately for when the client receives the crucial information advertising the plots.
