Expertise

Lee initially joined Gateley RJA as a technical administrator, where he mainly dealt with the defect process; deciding what is and is not a defect, chasing developers to resolve these defects, liaising with employer’s agents about the defects and undertaking key and meter handovers.

Lee also assisted with compliance; checking certificates and liaising with developers and site managers to get certificates in place within the time frames set. Since then, Lee has been promoted to the technical administration manager role, where he has managed the growth of the defects and compliance teams, whilst also assisting both teams on the day-to-day tasks.

Lee has also assisted associates and directors in providing a more efficient and effective service for our clients within the teams he manages.

How do you help clients?

I assist clients, in my role as technical administration manager, by ensuring that any defects from practical completion through to end of defect inspections are assessed and sent to the relevant developer for rectification. I assist clients by ensuring all pre-handover certificates are filled out in the appropriate manner and with the correct information. My team help clients by ensuring that resources are used as well as efficiently possible, allowing for an effective service to the client.
