Expertise
Mark has been a Clerk of Works within the construction industry since 1984. Mark started as a dryliner before becoming an assistant site manager and, eventually, a site manager. He joined RJA Consultants in 2022, as a Clerk of Works.
Mark has an impressive understanding of workplace safety procedures and policies and is dedicated to completing projects on time and under allocated budget. His energetic and enthusiastic role as Clerk of Works couples with building excellent rapport with clients.
How do you help clients?
I help clients by monitoring the quality and workmanship of each project and with my good understanding of NHBC and LABC building standards plus health and safety standards.
I help clients by having an ability to read and understand site drawings and program of works. I have excellent communication skills, I am diplomatic and calm under pressure and have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients.
I help clients with my in-depth knowledge of construction techniques and materials. I coordinate with clients regarding their project requirements and specifications. I help clients with progress and build stage reporting.
