How do you help clients?

I help clients where there are discrepancies in the specification and what is being built on site. I also help clients manage the risk during stock transfers and provide clients with monthly cost reports and cashflows to assist in the financial management of their projects. I have provided advice to clients to enable them to have an effective capital investment and a cyclical and statutory maintenance service that delivers to time and budget and that complies with legislation.
