We have advised CACI Limited on its acquisition of Datalynx Limited, a leading specialist in secure data and cloud migration services for UK government organisations.

The acquisition strengthens CACI’s data migration and cloud capabilities with Datalynx, bringing extensive experience in delivering complex migration programmes across high-security environments, including major projects for the Home Office and policing bodies.

By joining CACI, Datalynx gains additional scale, resources and investment to support the expansion of its services. The move also enhances CACI’s ability to help government clients modernise legacy systems, manage mission critical data and deliver secure digital transformation.
