We have advised Partou on its acquisition of two highly regarded early years nurseries in the North West of England, further strengthening the group’s UK childcare portfolio.
Partou, part of the Netherlands’ largest childcare group, has acquired Little Faces Nursery in Hazel Grove and its sister setting, Little Faces @ Manchester Airport.
Little Faces Nursery in Hazel Grove was established in 2010 and was rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted at its most recent inspection. The nursery provides early years education and childcare to families across Hazel Grove and surrounding areas including Poynton, Bramhall and Stockport. Its sister setting, Little Faces @ Manchester Airport, which has achieved a ‘Good’ rating from Ofsted, offers a distinctive learning environment for families in Hale Barns, Altrincham, Wilmslow, Wythenshawe, Heald Green and Hale.
The acquisitions support Partou’s strategy of expanding its presence across the UK. The addition of the two nurseries enhances Partou’s footprint in the North West and reflects the group’s commitment to investing in high-quality early years education, experienced teams and environments designed to support children’s confidence, curiosity and independence.
