Advising Partou UK on the acquisition of Nature Trail Nursery Group

We have advised Dutch-owned nursery provider Partou UK on its acquisition of Nature Trail Nursery Group, an established childcare provider operating eight independent nurseries in Chorley.

Partou UK, headquartered in Denton, Greater Manchester, is one of the UK’s largest day nursery providers. It currently operates 106 nurseries, caring for 9,000 children and employing 2,000 childcare professionals nationwide. The acquisition of Nature Trail Nursery Group, which provides care for over 500 children, marks a significant milestone in Partou’s UK expansion strategy and strengthens its presence in the North West.
