We have advised Software Circle plc on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Total Drive Software Limited.
Total Drive, the UK’s top driving instructor app, is used by around 6,000 individual driving instructors each week. Since its establishment in 2020, the company has experienced remarkable growth, generating revenue through annual recurring subscription fees, payment processing and training aids and materials.
Software Circle, a serial acquirer of vertical market software businesses with a comprehensive portfolio that it supports to achieve their growth objectives. The strategic acquisition will enable Total Drive to leverage Software Circle’s expertise in operational scalability, technology and customer engagement to further strengthen its market position.
