Gateley Legal deals shortlisted at Insider’s Yorkshire Dealmakers 2024

We are delighted to have been included in the shortlist for three deals in this year’s Insider Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards. The trio of deals are all under the Deal of the Year between £5m-£25m category.

The shortlisted deals are:

• the acquisition of Forensic Testing Service by Forensic Access;
• the investment in Eden Mobility by Foresight; and
• the MBO of Winder Power and investment by Connection Capital.

The Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards will be held at New Dock Hall, Royal Armouries, Leeds on Thursday 21 November. It is one of the biggest dates in the region’s corporate finance calendar, highlighting achievements of some of the region’s top dealmakers and most promising investment and acquisitions achieved over the last year.
