We recently took part in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) day at Leicester South Foodbank.
Harman Barech, Mira Gopal, Lee Gaterell, Amy Hughes, Anna Polton, Aidan Johnson, Josie Garner, Mike Weingaertner and Maria Lesta were all hard at work preparing crates of vegetarian food to be picked up and given out by the Foodbank.
Leicester South Foodbank provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in crisis. They are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. Last year they gave out over 20,000 three day emergency meal supplies to people in crisis.
We are committed to supporting our community and aim to have no less than 75% of staff take place in a CSR day.
