We advised on the demolition of existing property and construction of new 4,000 ft² luxury dwelling at The Firs, Northamptonshire.
The new building features air source pumps and underfloor heating on the ground floor as well as high quality finishes including a feature oak staircase. The architects on this project were APC Architects and the structural engineers were Watson Hallam Consulting.
