Brad is an experienced building surveyor with over six years of experience in surveying and project/ programme management. He has worked both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a variety of surveys, project studies and reinstatement projects. 

With an in-depth knowledge of construction, Brad provides a range of building surveying services including design and contract administration, defect diagnosis, condition surveys, planned maintenance programmes and assistance with party wall services.

1. Coordinated with clients, contractors, and local authorities during project management, surveys and feasibility studies, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
2. Produced notices, liaised between stakeholders and delivered party wall awards for a variety of notifiable works.
3. Led a range of commercial and residential projects, overseeing all stages from planning and execution to final defects inspections and project close out (value up to £250k)
4. Provided independent advice in defect diagnosis reporting.
5. Directing site investigations whilst monitoring damage in residential and commercial settings.
