Brandon is an experienced RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and Regional Manager for the Milton Keynes office, recognised as a leader within the business and responsible for ensuring the delivery of high‑quality surveying services across the region.

He advises clients across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, operating in both the public and private realms, and is experienced in all core building surveying disciplines including full design services, contract administration, defect diagnosis, reinstatement work, planned maintenance, surveys, development and refurbishment.

Brandon has experience with listed and heritage assets, including Grade II, II* and I buildings, where he provides sensitive technical advice and manages complex repair and conservation led projects.

His work also extends to major and complex insurance loss claims, where he leads on technical assessments and the full reinstatement process for both residential and commercial properties, often with high project values and challenging specialist requirements.

Brandon also delivers a broad range of professional consultancy services including pre‑acquisition surveys, asset management plans, schedules of condition, planned preventative maintenance programmes, building reinstatement cost assessments.

Project values typically range from £30k to £3m, with Brandon leading and facilitating the full cycle from feasibility and design through procurement, contract administration and project handover.

How do you help clients?

I help clients by providing clear, experienced guidance through both everyday property matters and some of the most challenging events they may face particularly major insurance losses. 

Supporting clients from the initial incident, through detailed technical assessment, design, procurement and ultimately reinstatement, is something I take great pride in. My goal is always to reduce uncertainty, manage risk and give clients confidence at every stage.

I also enjoy leading refurbishment, redevelopment and new‑build projects across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Seeing a project progress from concept through to successful completion ensuring it is delivered efficiently, compliantly and to a high standard is extremely rewarding.

As Regional Manager, I am committed to ensuring our clients across Milton Keynes and the wider region consistently receive professional, responsive and technically robust advice.

Experience

  1. Delivering full design and contract administration services for refurbishment and development projects across residential, commercial and industrial properties in both the public and private sectors, while also bringing significant experience in managing complex major‑loss insurance claims through detailed technical reporting, design, procurement and reinstatement works up to £3m.
  2. Surveying, advising and managing complex repair works to Grade II, Grade II* and Grade I listed properties following both insurance‑related events and private development, delivering sensitive and conservation‑led reinstatement throughout.
  3. Preparing pre‑acquisition surveys, PPM programmes, schedules of condition, asset management plans for clients across the public and private sectors.
  4. Leading the design team and contract administration of a new £1m industrial unit in Leicestershire, including offices and specialist cold/ freezer storage areas for perishables.
  5. Leading the design and delivery of a £1m redevelopment and repair scheme for a social club following a major fire, overseeing the full project lifecycle from assessment to handover.
