Fred supports the delivery of quantity surveying and cost management services across a range of new build and refurbishment projects, typically valued up to £17m. Working under the guidance of senior team members, Fred assists with preparing cost estimates, tender documentation, and project reports.
Fred contributes to producing clear and accessible documentation for clients and project teams, and developes his understanding of buildability and procurement processes to provide practical input where possible.
