How do you help clients?

I concentrate on helping clients with trade mark strategies, selection, clearance, prosecution of applications and registration, maintenance of registrations, management and enforcement, negotiating settlements in disputes as well as IP audits and transactions in the UK, EU and Internationally. I also help clients with online enforcement matters, domain name disputes, company name complaints and policing of trade marks, domain names and company names through watching services.

I am an experienced prosecutor and particularly enjoy the challenges of contentious matters such as trade mark infringement, opposition and cancellation actions in the UK, EU and Internationally. The majority of disputes I handle are successfully settled without initiating proceedings; understanding the issues and successful negotiations are key factors in achieving this.
