How do you help clients?

I assist insurance clients with causations where they can be pinpointed, with recommendations of further investigations and/ or repairs where applicable.

I assist clients as a secondary role on insurance claims where structural advice is required for reports and/ or on site with regards to my colleagues who may be building surveyors or architects.

I help clients pursue property purchases with unbiased structural reports outlining structural defects or issues and recommend any further investigations, other advice and/or recommendations for repairs and the likes.

I advise clients on structural alterations whether they are a part of renovations or new builds in conjunction with other construction professionals and/ or independently.

I assist with structural inspections as pre-works, interim and post works surveys along with providing advice in line with the framework agreement.
