Sedella holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry and is a qualified patent and trade mark paralegal with over 20 years of experience in the intellectual property profession. She joined Adamson Jones in 2021 and currently serves as IP administration manager, leading a team of IP administrators within the firm’s trade marks practice.
Throughout her career, Sedella has worked both in-house – managing global IP portfolios for large multinational companies – and in private practice. She has extensive experience across all aspects of intellectual property, from filing through to grant, for patents, trade marks, and designs in the UK and internationally.
Sedella also brings in-depth knowledge of global IP rights acquisition and has handled numerous assignment recordals for a diverse range of clients. Her strong organisational leadership and detailed understanding of global IP processes make her an integral part of the Adamson Jones team.
