Syed has used his knowledge of technology and applications to deliver high-volume data workstreams on a short deadline to meet the client’s requests on multiple occasions.

How do you help clients?

I work very closely with other project managers and clients to ensure delivery of the agreed residential plots. I have built lasting relationships with the developers to help the client achieve targets and produce the best possible outcome.

My strong relationships with developers means that clients can rely on me for certain actions, without having to intervene too much in tense situations. I provide clients with the most up-to-date data in order to forecast future plots and costs involved, which helps plan moving forward for upcoming plots.

I help to deliver quality and use the resources available accordingly to ensure efficiency.

Experience

  1. Going above and beyond for clients – staying on site for an extensive amount of time and working with the site team to ensure handovers are achieved – 1945G Spen View/ Redhill.
  2. Saving time during defect disputes due to relationships with the developer’s customer care team – Bloor Homes, David Wilson Homes, Barratt Homes.
  3. Dealing with difficult developers/ site teams to ensure we have the best possible outcome of the situation for the client.
  4. Developing and implementing plans within a schedule to make sure we meet targets and deadlines for Sage.
  5. Rejecting the acceptance of units at handover as part of a quality control process, prioritising the client’s interests and maintaining a consistently high-quality standard across all schemes.
  6. Having to go out of my way to ensure compliance for plots was approved, as site team was not co-operating. The relationship with the site team was strengthened to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
  7. Having to snag the properties in absence of clerk of works if the plots were moved ahead of programme to match the client’s delivery commitments – 2084b Cropwell Bishop/ Redhill.
  8. Leveraging advanced Excel proficiency to orchestrate the development and dissemination of an extensive data document, updating the client on monthly progress of plots’ forecasted PC. This involves devising a streamlined methodology for aggregating data sourced from various EA’s and consolidating it into a unified document.
