Advising Likewise Group Plc on its acquisition of Delta Carpets

We have advised Likewise Group Plc, the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, on its acquisition of Delta Carpets Limited.

Leeds-based Delta Carpets distributes carpets, residential vinyl, laminate, luxury vinyl tile and flooring accessories to independent flooring retailers in the North of England, Midlands and South Wales.

This acquisition provides Likewise Group with further growth and greatly increases their offering to the UK market.
