We have advised BGF on its investment in Malvern-based Utelize Communications, a specialist in enterprise mobility management.
The investment will accelerate Utelize’s growth, enabling the expansion of its product portfolio and the rollout of a long-term sales and marketing strategy to meet rising client demand. It is part of BGF’s wider commitment to invest £3bn in high-potential UK businesses over the next five years, with £300m specifically earmarked for Midlands-based companies.
Founded in 2012 by Matt Atkinson and Kevin Steed, Utelize delivers proprietary technology and differentiated services that streamline mobile device and network management for corporate clients. Its award-winning enterprise eSIM and mobile data management platform provides IT teams with real-time global visibility over usage, costs, and multi-network coverage quality.
Our team was led by corporate partner William Bowler, supported by corporate partner Beth Mather, and corporate solicitor Charles Davies.
