We have advised the selling shareholders of Xpedition on the sale of the company to Transparity, a leading Microsoft partner, backed by private equity firm Bowmark Capital.
Xpedition provides business transformation and technology consulting services, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to help companies to improve customer engagement, finance and operations. The company has been acquired by Transparity, a leading Microsoft partner founded in 2015 and headquartered in London.
The combined business will leverage the expertise of over 360 Microsoft experts to deliver end-to-end capability across Dynamics 365, Azure, Cyber, AI and beyond. This will allow the business to operate on a greater scale, with deeper expertise and enhanced capacity.
