We have advised private equity investor LDC on its investment in Martin Audio Limited as part of the management buyout of the company from global audio specialist Loud Audio.
LDC invested £12m of equity for a significant stake in the business, supporting the management team led by Managing Director Dom Harter.
Martin Audio is a designer and manufacturer of premium high-performance loudspeaker systems.
Our team, led by Corporate partner Andrew Peddie, included senior associate Mark Metcalfe, associate Sarah Souter and associate Jenni Ferguson (Corporate), legal director Richard Clitherow (Tax), solicitor Nikul Kad (Banking & Finance) and solicitor Keeley Baker (Employment).
