We have strengthened our Manchester corporate team with the appointment of Katie Porter as legal director.
Katie joins following a successful six-year tenure at Pinsent Masons, where she progressed from solicitor to senior associate, honing her skills across the entire breadth of corporate legal advisory, with a specific focus on private equity transactions. Before her time at Pinsent Masons, she spent five years at Gateley, where she trained and qualified into the Manchester corporate team she is rejoining.
In her appointment as legal director, Katie brings a wealth of experience, contacts in the local deal community and a complementary set of skills that will bolster the team’s success and drive further growth. Her strategic insight and proven track record in managing complex legal matters will enhance the team’s capabilities, marking Katie’s return to Gateley as a significant addition to the senior Manchester corporate team.
