We have been shortlisted in a brace of categories at The Business Desk North West Rainmakers Awards 2024.
We have been named as an advisor in the Small Deal of the Year (up to £10m) category for our work in advising on the acquisition of The Bury Black Pudding Company by Panicium and in the Medium Deal of the Year (£10-£50m) category for our role on Palatine Private Equity Impact Fund’s investment in Roydon Recycling.
Leigh Whittaker, partner and head of corporate for Manchester, said: “We are very pleased that our work in supporting regional growth through these two deals have been shortlisted this year by the North West Rainmaker judging panel. Making the shortlist is always a welcome recognition of the outstanding work and achievements delivered by our incredible corporate team in Manchester.”
This year’s awards will take place at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on Wednesday 3 July with the winners selected from the region’s deal making community on a “one firm, one vote” basis.
