Our Reading Corporate team is celebrating two nominations at this year’s Thames Valley Deals Awards, recognising our continued excellence in corporate legal advisory work across the region.
The team has been shortlisted for the prestigious Corporate Law Firm of the Year award, as well as Deal of the Year (£10m - £50m) for its role advising Limerston Capital on the acquisition of Newbury-based cybersecurity specialist CyberCrowd.
