New Market Harborough office for Gateley RJA

Gateley RJA, the specialist quantity surveying, employer’s agent, project management and clerk of works arm of professional services group, Gateley, has relocated to a larger office in Market Harborough in line with strategic growth plans.

Following significant success, the construction consultancy has upgraded to a 5,200 sq ft space at Compass Point in Market Harborough from its previous 3,200 sq ft Kibworth Harcourt office. 

The move will support the continued expansion of its client base and delivery of an increasing number of projects across the private rented and affordable housing, commercial and insurance sectors. It also facilitates future recruitment plans, with the new location providing improved facilities and strong public transport links.

Steven Collin, managing director at Gateley RJA, said: “We’ve experienced rapid growth over the past few years, thanks to some excellent appointments bolstering our service lines and securing substantial new business wins. As a result, it’s the perfect time for us to upgrade and increase our office space to not only provide a key base in the Midlands to service schemes but also futureproof for further expansion.” 

With a national headcount of 80 colleagues, Gateley RJA’s Market Harborough base will support projects across the Midlands, alongside its Park View House location in Nottingham.
