We advised Hickings Lane Medical Centre on the extension of the existing surgery premises to the side and rear.
The works comprised the extension of the existing surgery premises to the side and rear to increase the consulting room provision as well as alterations to the existing building footprint.
The construction works were undertaken whilst the existing surgery was fully occupied which involved careful management by the design team and contractor to ensure the health and safety of staff and patients whilst meeting the target programme dates. We worked closely with BRP Architects, PRP Consulting and Sabin Consulting on this project.
