The Leeds office of Gateley Legal has advised Lovell Partnerships, the housing arm of Morgan Sindall plc, on a joint venture with Together Housing to purchase three sites for development.

The sites in Holmewood near Chesterfield, Howden in the East Riding area of Yorkshire and Kirk Ella on the outskirts of Kingston Upon Hull have been acquired to provide 550 new homes for private purchase and social housing.

Gateley Legal have provided advice on the preparation of the joint venture agreement, planning for each of the developments and have also been instructed to deal with the forthcoming plot sales.
