We advised Seven Locks Housing on the refurbishment, extension and alteration of sheltered accommodation at Brooklands Gardens, Market Harborough.
A link building was constructed between the two existing buildings, and new extensions housed a restaurant and additional apartments. Overall, the scheme included 4,334m² of refurbished accommodation and extensions of 704m². We worked closely with BRP Architects, JPP Consulting Limited and ESC Limited on this project.
