She has experience acting for a wide variety of clients and can provide advice on Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and Court of Protection matters. She can also provide advice on the creation of trusts during lifetime or in your Wills for create future financial support.

  1. Advocated for and represented a client in a contentious Court of Protection matter
  2. Providing advice and helping to apply for deputyship orders both for property & financial affairs and in relation to health & welfare
  3. Provided advice for replacement attorneys where there has been misappropriation of funds and provided continuous support upon death where there has been an extremely poor relationship between family members
  4. Provided advice both pre and post-death estate in respect of lifetime estate planning and providing advice on Deeds of Variation where necessary
