Baljit acts for various major national housebuilder clients dealing with their plot sales. She works closely with each housebuilder to ensure that their deadlines are met and provides regular updates as to how their matters are progressing in weekly legal meetings.
Baljit also works closely with the solicitors acting for the purchasers in order to keep track of any potential problems they may have in achieving deadlines for exchanges and completions and answers any queries that they may have.
