Claire is an experienced Plot Conveyancer in the Plot Team with over 20 years experience in the role.

Claire acts for various national housebuilder clients dealing with their plot sales. She works closely with each housebuilder to ensure that their deadlines are met and provides regular updates as to how their matters are progressing.

Claire also works closely with the solicitors acting for buyers in order to keep track of any potential problems they may have in achieving builder deadlines and answers any queries that they may have.

How do you help clients? 

• Undertaking efficient case handling which has encouraged clients to continue using Gateley Legal as their plot sales provider.
• Working closely with various teams across the Group to ensure that the client is happy with the end result.
