How do you help clients?

My role is to guide clients through the construction process to deliver their building project as seamlessly as possible, on time and to budget.

I use my expertise to manage the pre-contract phase of a scheme for the client, producing feasibility cost estimates, budget estimates and tendering documents, then agreeing the contract sum, and producing the contract documents. During the post-contract phase I manage the monthly valuation process, agree variations to the works and then agree the final account on behalf of the client.

I can help clients (insurance companies and loss adjusters) manage costs associated with insurance claims. This is achieved in a number of ways, namely producing reinstatement cost assessments, pricing schedules of work for repairs, validating contractor’s repair quotes and their final accounts.
