Fay has worked in plot sales since 2014 where she started as an admin assistant and has worked her way up to Plot Conveyancer. Fay originally joined Gateley in 2018 and she acts for a wide range of developers in the plot sales team.

During her time at Gateley, Fay has gained a wealth of experience dealing with volume sales and building strong relationships with her client who continue to instruct her on their new and upcoming developments.

Fay is hard working, and she is recognised as a safe pair of hands within the team. She also trains and mentors some of the more junior members of the team.

How do you help clients?

I help my clients in achieving their financial targets and meeting deadlines by dealing with high volume plot sales quickly and efficiently.

I currently have 8 different clients and I ensure they all receive the best level of service. I make sure I am always available on the telephone or by email to assist my clients with any queries that they may have.

I also help my clients manage risk and make decisions by providing expert advice and guidance and referring them to other teams within the business should the need arise.
