2. Advised the selling shareholders of Whistler Holdings Ltd on the sale of their shares to Milexia UK Ltd., the UK subsidiary of French electronic components distributor (backed by Crédit Mutuel Equity).
3. Advised Aperidata Ltd, a credit referencing company powered by open banking, on securing a £1m investment by PayPoint Plc as part of NPIF Maven Equity Finance exit of the company.
