Grant has over 25 years’ experience in both general building surveying practice and project management having worked for a variety of clients within many different sectors.

He has delivered a wide variety of projects successfully on time and to budget adding value where possible while adopting a hands-on and collaborative approach to the delivery of projects and instructions. Ensuring engagement with stakeholders, communication and transparency are paramount.

Grant has worked with clients including:

Experience

1. Managing multiple delivery of numerous projects as a Southeast Regional lead for delivery of New Probation Centres.

2. Carried out multiple access audit surveys for a leisure client to enable them to improve existing facilities and further inform their budget allocation for planned works.

3. Acting as NEC3 Supervisor for delivery of a new build media block for North Kent College circa £9.6m, and in the same capacity for the delivery of a new build motor vehicle workshop and refurbishments at Hadlow college circa £6m.
