John has a wealth of experience and has been in the electrical and construction industry since 1994, working on projects within the National Trust and at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.
John is a hard-working and conscientious person, who can work individually or, equally, in a team. He is a confident person who can communicate with people on all levels, enabling him to see issues through to a satisfactory conclusion.
How do you help clients?
I help clients through overseeing the whole build stage from start to finish. I help clients to achieve the best results which, at the end, are of high quality, whilst adhering to the specifications, giving clients peace of mind.
Experience
- Attending site meetings, keeping the client fully in the picture and informed of all progress and also of any problems that may occur along the build journey.
- Completing the initial snagging and then the back-snagging of all the properties responsible for and helping team with their projects, as and when required.
- Keeping all reports on file, so that we and our clients can refer to them at any time. This helps all involved to keep a track on progress and of any site issues that may occur.
- Having a good relationship with all the clients and within the team, enabling us to achieve great standards and ensuring that the outcome is positive for all.
