Mike is an experienced clerk of works who joined Gateley RJA’s quality inspection team in July 2022. With a background in building and maintenance, Mike spent several years as property maintenance team leader and clerk of works for Northampton Partnership Homes.
Mike is a dedicated professional with a wealth of construction experience and an excellent knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and LABC standards. He also has good observation skills and a keen attention to detail.
Mike has a good understanding of CDM Regulations, health and safety requirements, along with an in-depth knowledge of property maintenance and construction techniques and materials. He has the ability to read and understand site drawings and progress charts.
