Expertise

Natalie has more than 25 years’ experience working in the building surveying profession where she has been involved in various aspects of the industry, gaining considerable experience working for the MOD and within the public and private sectors.

How do you help clients?

I have been heavily involved in carrying out DDA access audits for Bristol University to enable them to meet the principles of inclusive design and create environments that are accessible to everyone.

By providing building surveying services to the Diocese of Gloucester and Worcester, I have enabled sympathetic roofing and window projects to small village primary schools funded by voluntary aid.

I have advised multiple clients on dilapidations, any resultant state of disrepair of their building stock due to failures by the tenant to adequately repair. Ensuring buildings are returned to the client in accordance with lease covenants.

I have lead the advisory team working in the UNESCO World Heritage Site (Bath) advising on the condition of historic buildings and other heritage assets, providing the initial information required for their preservation.
