Rachel has experience in new build construction management since 2016. She is experienced in dealing with the clients, MDs and customers, as well as the labour on site.
Rachel has a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
How do you help clients?
I like to help clients by providing accurate reports and making improvements where I can. If I do a good job of monitoring the sites, the quality will be provided for the client, so they will hopefully have less defects in the future once it is their property.

- Site management on timber frame housing (2 years).
- Clerk of works on 2 timber frame projects.
- Advertising Highcroft for Berkeley in Wallingford.
- United Living – Aided in build management of 200 units for housing association.
- Redrow Homes and Cala homes – Over a few developments aided in build management.
- RLO for Higgins whilst fire cladding works were in progress.
- Achieved Level 6 NVQ in Civil Engineering in Construction Management.
- Achieved temporary works supervisor role.
