1. Acting for clearing banks on bilateral transactions to facilitate acquisitions and to support the general working capital of businesses.
2. Advising and assisting private equity houses and investment managers on transactions to facilitate management buyouts, leveraged corporate acquisitions and refinancing deals.
3. Advising and assisting investment banks on asset-based lending arrangements with customers and associated amendments and extensions of existing facilities.
4. Assisting on advising Breal Zeta in relation to its £45.3m real estate facility to leverage a portfolio of 26 properties owned by Zetland Capital through Guernsey Property Unit Trusts.
