Shaun is a Senior Clerk of Works, whose role involves managing the quality of construction projects, ensuring they are built to specification and to the required standards and building regulations.
Shaun has a broad construction knowledge, having worked in the industry since 2000, with a keen eye for detail. He uses his exceptional communication skills when liaising with both the client and site teams to ensure that projects are delivered to the satisfaction of the client and to the highest standards.
How do you help clients?
I help clients by reporting on their projects, compiling reports on the progress of a project and the quality of the product. I help the client understand any technical issues with regards to building regulations and design problems which may cause issues to the project and explain how these issues can be resolved. I also help with the handover of a project.
