Experience

1. Assisting on the disposal of a serviced parcel valued at circa £19.5m from a regeneration client to a top UK housebuilder.
2. Undertaking due diligence for high value strategic development sites for a number of the UK’s top housebuilders.
3. Negotiating and advising on a complex Section 38 Agreement centring on the ad medium filum rule and the legal opinion of Queen’s Counsel.
4. Advising a consortium of housebuilders on a wide range of infrastructure agreements across a large and high value development site in Warwickshire.
5. Advising a top UK housebuilder on the disposal of phased units to an affordable housing provider.
