Steven cut his teeth in the customer service world at a young age and has since accumulated over 25 years’ experience of key account and stakeholder management.
His experience with gas and electrical compliance paperwork in previous roles put him in an ideal position for a secondment to Sage Homes in 2024, where he spent 12 months compiling and verifying various documents required to safely and legally transfer ownership of new build homes to ultimately letting them out.
