Corporate dealmaker shortlisted for North West Young Professionals of the Year

Our Manchester office is celebrating after one of our lawyers was shortlisted in Insider’s North West Young Professionals Awards 2024.

Ffion Brumwell-Hughes, a senior associate within our corporate team, has reached the final which celebrates the achievements of young professionals aged 35 and under across the region.

Ffion advises private companies, private equity houses, management teams, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, reorganisations and general corporate governance matters.
